LFF, DxHL Series, Medical Dry X-ray Imaging Clear Blue Base Laser Film
Layer Structure
The film contains 175-µm blue transparent PET base, a 28-30µm light-sensitive layer coated on the PET base, a 1-3µm protective layer formed on the imaging layer, and a 1-2µm protective layer coated on the other side of the PET base. A latent image is recorded in the silver halide of the film by laser exposure. During thermal development, silver ions are supplied to the latent image from organic silver oxide emulsions, causing the developed silver image to appear.
Elegant Appearance
LFF film cartridges and film packs load easily in full light and use minimal packaging. The film used in laser imager DT500L does not require frequent cleaning of the film's exposure area because of dust or lint. Its long shelf life makes itself be stored and used for many months, simplifying inventory control, and creating a potential for cost savings. The lifetime archivability for printed films is about 100+ years.
Sensitivity, Contrast and Maximum Density
Designed for liner gradations from low- through high-density areas, LFF delivers excellent diagnostic clarity in the processed image with the medical dry laser imager DT500L. Sensitivity and contrast of the LFF are suitably designed for the dry laser imaging system, and its maximum density can be selected up to 3.6 when used. Sharp, clear images are assured by optimized control of image tones for image modalities. Special new anti-halation technology increases image sharpness.
Film Package
The LFF film is specially packaged for daylight loading. Daylight packaging makes the film easy to handle. Additionally, LFF has been adopted the use of corrugated trays for packaging that can be recycled, where appropriate, helping to decrease landfill waste. With one of the largest film size selections on the market, many film sizes are available to meet specific imaging needs as follows.
14×17in: 100 sheets + 1 protective sheet.
10×14in: 150 sheets + 1 protective sheet.
10×12in: 150 sheets + 1 protective sheet.
08×10in: 150 sheets + 1 protective sheet.
Broad Printing Application
0102
Medical dry laser imaging film, LFF, is specially designed for use as a general-purpose diagnostic film with medical dry laser imager DT500L. LFF is employed in recording a full range of images from various modalities including Computed Radiography (CR), Digital Radiography (DR), Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA), and other medical imaging modalities.
